Cecile was born in Paris, France and moved to New York as a teenager. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Manhattanville College, NY and a Masters of Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.

She has been programming for websites and applications for over fifteen years. Each website project that she takes on incorporates the latest development technologies and techniques. Cecile’s code is clean, standards-compliant and cross-browser compatible.
